For FreeBSD 13.x its the same as described in install instructions for FreeBSD 12.x article. You just select Auto (ZFS) and then select GPT (BIOS+UEFI) for Partition Scheme and YES for Encrypt Disks option which will enable GELI full disk encryption. Hope that helps. EOF
